Amendments and Addendum to Release Notes for November 23

Dear QuestionPoint users:

Yesterday we issued the Release Notes for this Sunday's installation of QuestionPoint.  We would like to make a couple of amendments to that document here:

1.  To use chat, it is highly recommended that you upgrade to Flash version 9.0.124.0 or better, but it is not yet required.  If you do not upgrade, you will not be able to take advantage of the newly optimized chat interface described in section 1 of the Release Notes.  In addition, we cannot continue to support both Flash versions for more than a few months, so we encourage you to upgrade as soon as possible.   Please go to http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html to download Flash.

2.  Expect the system to be brought down for the install at 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time (or 0800 GMT), on Sunday, November 23.  Please plan for a half hour down time, though QuestionPoint may be available again sooner
