The next install of QuestionPoint is tentatively scheduled for November 23, 2008 at 7 AM GMT (2 AM ET). The new install will include the Forms Manager for chat forms and other enhancements, including a new look and feel for the Flash Chat interface. Take a look at the improved librarian chat interface with Carol Bonnefil, who will take you on a tour of the key features and answer questions. I've not been able to link to the Nov 17 Meeting Recording for the QuestionPoint Release Notes -- is it only me? Any idea when it will again be available?
