After investigating a user’s recent question about discrepancies between the numbers in Activity Statistics (in the Reports module) and those in Review Transcripts, we’ve discovered a bug that was apparently introduced on May 8, with our last install. It appears that statistics are not being tracked for the following activity. These are all line items in the Reports module, Activity Statistics section, for Institution, Group, and Librarian reports.
Questions Received via Referral (from a Subscription Partner)
Questions Received from Virtual Partner
Questions Rejected (after a referral)
Questions Referred to Subscription Partner
Questions Referred to Virtual Partner
Because statistics for the first two listed above are not being collected, the Questions (Total) Received calculation is incorrect, since it is the sum of all methods of question receipt (except chat), including referrals.
We will correct the problem as soon as possible, but we are unable as yet to provide a timeline for that. In the meantime, please use Reports of Sessions, in the Counts of Current Data section of the Reports module, to get referral counts and totals for May and June. Remember to provide the inclusive dates at the top of the report page to limit the numbers to May or June.
We regret the inconvenience and will try to keep you updated.

I have not seen if this problem has been solved ; are the reports for July and August correct ?

This problem was fixed at the very beginning of July. All stats for July and after are correct. Statistics for these 5 categories for May and June, 2011, cannot be corrected, but your numbers, if you need them, are available by contacting support@oclc.org. An asterisked note attached to May and June statistics also suggest you contact Support.
