When an administrator runs a Form Field report (Ask >> Review Transcripts >> Form Field) and selects a Session Type, several Default Fields are displayed for the administrator to choose from. Data from all checked fields should display in the report. However, we have found that unless the administrator checks the Descriptive Codes field, no data from any of the following fields, even if checked, will appear in the report.
For example, if Chat Sessions is selected as the Session Type, the Default Fields are:
- Question ID
- Date Entered
- Patron E-mail Domain
- Form Type
- Resolution Codes
- Session Time
- Wait Time
- Descriptive Codes
- IP Address
- Referer
- Browser/OS
- Cebrowse
- Category
If the administrator indicates they want Question ID, Date Entered, and Referer fields only, data from the Referer field will not appear. The administrator must also check Descriptive Codes in order for Referer data to appear in the resulting report.
