User Group Meeting This Thursday

Our next QuestionPoint user group meeting will be held this Thursday, March 15, at the Public Library Association conference in Philadelphia.

In addition to the QuestionPoint update, we will also have two guest speakers:
Betty Morganstern, Information Services Librarian at Anne Arundel County Public Library (Maryland) and Bill Pardue, Digital Services Librarian at Arlington Heights Public Library (Illinois). Betty and Bill will discuss how they've promoted their virtual reference service at their respective libraries.
